    Love this stuff!

    It has what almost seems like a carbonation to it and the flavor is awesome. I’ve noticed that when I take this before my workout, I don’t necessarily have an energy boost, but it helps with the lactic build up in my muscles during sets so there’s not as much burn. That means more reps babbyyyy! This is my fave preworkout to use for a leg day where that burn normally hits the hardest.
