Resistance Band Grey (Heavy)

UPPPER’s Grey Resistance Band is designed to give you an effective lower body workout. It comes in a heavy resistance that your muscles work to fight against throughout the entire movement thus helping you build muscle effectively. Use it for a variety of leg exercises, including, but not limited to, squats, lunges, clam shells, glute kickbacks, glute bridges, and more.

Unlike other rubber and latex bands, our short resistance bands are made from a comfortable custom cotton blend and feature a non-slip grip to help keep the band in place. That way you can focus fully on your workout, and not on an uncomfortable band that moves around!
