I decided to buy a belt when I began to lift above body weight in deadlifts and squats, it has been really helpful in getting my numbers up and supporting my lower back. Definitely worth the spend, I had been putting it off for ages as I am from the UK but such a nice colour and so helpful in my lifting sessions. For reference I got a size small and am a UK size 6-8 for anyone stuck with sizing, but I would recommend taking your exact measurements before purchasing!
