International Shipping: Where to, Cost, and More

UPPPER is going international this Friday, January 13th! 

After many, many requests we are so happy to finally be able to ship outside of the U.S. and introduce UPPPER to your country! Unfortunately, we aren’t shipping everywhere quite yet, but we are shipping to various countries and plan to add more countries in the future.

That said, we’ve created this article so you get all the information you need about international shipping – where we’re shipping, the cost, duties & fees, and more! So, keep on reading to get all of your questions answered before placing your first order with us this coming Friday.

However, if you do not see your country listed above, send us an email and request the country to be added! We are collecting more data to introduce more countries in the future.

To make things easier for you, you can shop in your local currency! Starting Friday, you’ll see a pop-up (as seen below) with a list of countries. Simply select the country you’re in, and our store will reflect prices in your local currency.

What’s the shipping cost? 

There is no flat rate or free international shipping offered at this time – this includes Canada.

The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the product or products ordered.


Are there any additional duties and fees?

Yes! Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about custom duties and fees because those are taxes imposed by your country. However, we’ve made things easier for you by allowing you to pay any duties during the checkout process!

Our shipping partner is Passport, they will be the seller of record for your order. We’ve chosen to partner with Passport because they ship DDP (delivery duty paid). This is what allows us to calculate any duties and taxes on your order during checkout. Below is an example of what you’ll see during the checkout process.

How long will it take to receive an order?

The estimated delivery will vary by country and it will be displayed during the checkout, but it is not guaranteed. However, Passport offers door-to-door tracking and delivery confirmation. So, once your order is shipped you’ll receive a tracking number and be able to fully track your order!

What about returns and exchanges – will they apply?

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders at this time, but this is something we will be working to introduce in the future!

When placing your order for anything that requires a size, like Lifting Belts and Resistance Bands, follow our size guides to ensure you order the correct size. This will help avoid any issues of needing to return or exchange your products!

We are so excited to start shipping internationally! Along with international shipping, we’ll also be launching our Reflective Collection this Friday, January 13th – mark your calendars!
