UPPPER News: We’re Expanding to the West

UPPPER News: We’re Expanding to the West

by Evelyn Valdez

We have some exciting news… we’ve opened a second distribution center in Denver, Colorado! We want to share the news because this will have a positive impact on our fulfillment process.

So, keep on reading to learn more about our expansion and what this means for UPPPER customers…

Why expand?

As some of you may know, we are located in sunny Florida, on the east coast. Our warehouse team is great at processing orders in a timely manner, typically in 24 hours or less, but despite this, transit times can take longer, especially for our west and midwest customers.

That said, we’ve expanded to improve our transit times in the continental U.S. – that way you can get your UPPPER gear faster! Having a second distribution center will also allow us to have more space for inventory, this means more new releases in the future!

A few examples of how the transit time will change in some destinations:

  • California, Nevada, Montana, New Mexico - from 4 days to 2 days

  • Utah and Idaho - from 6 days to 2 days

  • Oregon, Washington - from 4 days to 3 days

  • Colorado - from 3 to 4 days to 1 day

With this second distribution center, 95% of the continental US will be covered in 2-3 days of transit time. Despite the improvement, it’s important to remember that sometimes delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Our second distribution center will open is now up and running! We are very excited about this expansion, and we thank you for your constant support, we wouldn’t be able to do this without you.
