This light resistance band is embellished with a beautiful rose design made from a custom cotton blend that features a non-slip grip so the band stays in place. The light resistance makes it ideal for glute activation exercises, but it can also be used in addition to home and gym workouts. Just by adding a light resistance band, you’ll give your muscles an extra challenge to work against thus helping build muscle effectively!
