Who said you can’t have ice cream and reach your goals? Our UPPPER Ice Cream Resistance Band comes in a heavy resistance to help isolate and strengthen the muscles in your lower body. This band works best for those trying to build muscle at home, or at the gym! Create an entire lower body workout at home using only resistance bands, or implement it into your gym workout routine to make your leg day extra challenging.

All UPPPER Resistance Bands feature a non-slip grip to keep the band in place, are available in two sizes, and come with a matching mesh carrying pouch for easy storage!

    Love these products!

    I bought this heavy band and have been using it for 6 months now. It is still in great shape and it is super cute! I'm getting ready to purchase more UPPPER gear because I trust this brand to be high quality.

    🔥🍑Feel the burn! 🍑🔥

    I was in the market for some new bands and I am so glad I followed the suggestion of a friend. These bands truly are amazing. They are great quality and you can’t help but fall in love with the fun bright colors and designs. They make the burn you feel when using them not so bad ha! If you are in the market for some new bands, do yourself a favor and get one in each resistance. I promise you won’t regret it! Will definitely purchase again in the future.

    Love designs

    These Glute bands are the best! I’ve always hated rubber bands from rolling down but these bands are the best! They do not roll down at all! It’s amazing how they offer two different sizes depending on weight, when other company’s just have one size. With Upper Gear Glute bands, they make the best designs to make working out more fun while still getting a great workout! Highly recommend!

    Amazing product!

    I never start my leg day without my Uppper gear resistance bands! Honestly they have been one of the best investments I’ve ever made and the amount of detail put into the product makes it 100x better. It’s important to trust the product and feel comfortable enough to know someone cares and puts in all their effort to share with the world their great products! I highly recommend getting all the levels in resistance bands. I use all three to help with activation and to give me the extra push I need to exceed on my workouts to my full potential!
